Bye, Bye, Daddy!

The Start-the-Day series breaks down moments of the morning into fractions. Good Morning, Sun! mimics Goodnight Moon as a bunny addresses familiar objects. Breakfast Time! takes a bite-by-bite look at the bunny's time in the high chair; Let's Get Dressed! shows a sister dressing her little brother (shoes before overalls?) and Bye-bye, Daddy! is a greeting to passersby from the vantage point of a stroller. Simple texts and sweet illustrations run hand-in-hand; toddlers will be able to point out the beginnings of their own busy days in this foursome. Ages 6 months-up. (March)
