James Gunn has updated and added 20,000 more words to his celebrated 1962 vampire novel, The Immortals, the basis for an ABC-TV Movie of the Week in 1969 and the 1970 television series. Warner Bros. has recently renewed the film rights for another 18 months. (Sept.) .
