Her program is for the goal-oriented, hence yardsticks for the regular measurement of progress and a series of graduated photographically illustrated exercises are interspersed with a flow of motivational tips. Although there is virtually nothing original here, this is a lively, well-planned approach to fitness through attention to nutrition and uncomplicated but thorough exercise.
