In this upbeat bilingual board book from newcomers Manso and Momohara, a boy with a head of frizzy curls celebrates the seasonal delights of spring, pantomiming a seed’s growth, a hopping rabbit, and more. Writing in the boy’s voice, Manso uses simple, direct sentences and a repeating structure, ending each spread with a question that invites reader response (“Don’t you think I make a good rainbow? ¿A que sería un buen arco iris?”).
