Raincoast Distributes Harcourt in Canada

Raincoast Book Distributors now handles Harcourt Trade Publishers' Canadian distribution. Harcourt president Dan Farley anticipates that the 21-year-old Raincoast, which has a distribution center in Vancouver, B.C., "will be able to provide billing in Canadian dollars, consolidate shipments of Harcourt books with those of other publishers and deliver books more quickly to Canadian customers than we have been able to from our Troy, Mo., distribution center."
