Wiley Buys Finance Line

John Wiley & Sons has followed up its purchase of Hungry Minds with the niche acquisition of Frank J. Fabozzi Publishing. The company publishes finance titles for the professional and academic market and has a backlist of about 80 titles with annual revenues of approximately $1 million. Company founder Frank Fabozzi, an adjunct professor at Yale who has written or edited more than 100 finance books, will continue as a consulting editor, acquiring, authoring and editing books for what will be known as the Frank J. Fabozzi series at Wiley.
