Roxanna Frost

Roxanna Frost, International eBook Award Foundation president and executive director, died suddenly two weeks ago of breast cancer. She was 43. Frost was trained as an art historian and as a librarian. During the past two years organizing the IeBAF, she was on executive loan to the foundation from the Microsoft Corporation. Before joining the IeBAF, she worked in a number of capacities at Microsoft, including performing research and managing the Microsoft Library. The Microsoft Archives and Museum were developed under her direction, and she was also program manager for Microsoft's Leadership Development Group.
