Vintage has gone back to press a 21st time for Katharine Graham's Personal History , bringing the in-print total to 500,000 copies. While sales were buoyed by the deluge of spectacular remembrances following her death in mid-July, the book also got play in the press for another reason. Her editor was Robert Gottlieb, who will be editing former President Clinton's book. Clinton noted in several stories that he would be using her book as a standard and model for his own memoir.
