Documentary filmmaker and TV curmudgeon Michael Moore has signed a six-figure deal with ReganBooks publisher Judith Regan for the tentatively titled TV Nation: Uncensored, a tie-in to his Fox TV series, to be published in January 1998 with format, trade paper or hardcover, to be determined. Moore's Downsize This!, a bestseller in hardcover for Crown last year, will be a HarperPerennial lead fall title this year. Previously repped by Andrew Wylie, Moore was represented in this deal by Mort Janklow, his new agent.
