More in the Same Vein from Julia Cameron

by Judy Quinn -- Publishers Weekly, 5/12/1997

Her 1992 book, The Artist's Way, was a million-copy-seller that sparked the "creativity movement," so it's no surprise that Jeremy P. Tarcher Inc. publisher Joel Fotinos has paid a reported high-six-figures to acquire three more titles by Julia Cameron. Tarcher, which also published Cameron's followup, The Vein of Gold, this past September, as well as The Artist's Way Morning Pages Journal and The Artist's Way audiotape, will publish in the next two years The Right to Write, Cameron's advice on the craft; Blessings, a collection of "empowering prayers;" and Sound Tracks, a book about "sound healing" to be written with composer Tim Wheater.
