Two More for Roberts

One of the most prolific writers in the romance fields, Nora Roberts has two new bestsellers from two publishers. In hardcover is Homeport from Putnam, with a first printing of about 275,000 copies. It was launched with national advertising and a publicity campaign that included a 20-city book-signing tour. AOL's The Book Report is running a contest in which the winner will have lunch with the author at Turn the Page Bookstore Cafe in Boonsboro, Md. (Roberts's husband is the store proprietor). Bantam's paperback reissue of Public Secrets has more than 1.2 million copies in print and has already been back to press seven times.
