Hot Deals: Warner Buys Arcade's Moxley Murder Book
Judy Quinn -- 4/27/98

Warner president Maureen Egen has made a preemptive six-figure bid to acquire paperback rights to Greentown: Murder and Mystery in Greenwich, America's Wealthiest Community, just released by Arcade. The book, by reporter and Greenwich native Timothy Dumas, precedes the embarg d May 13 release of Cliff Street Books' rumored high-six-figure investment, Mark Fuhrman's Murder in Greenwich: Who Killed Martha Moxley?, a book on the same case, which has Kennedy connections, that was fictionalized in Dominick Dunne's A Season in Purgatory.
