For the millions of fans of Jimmy Buffett's music as well as his bestselling books, Tales from Margaritaville and Where Is J Merchant?, Random House now offers "the ultimate Jimmy Buffett philosophy on life and how to live it." A Pirate Looks at Fifty, which jumps onto the top nonfiction spot in its second week on our lists, hit the stores June 4 with a first printing of 265,000. The extra-loud early buzz precipitated an extra 25,000-copy printing before pub date, which was followed by another 25,000 after four days on sale (in print to date: 390,000 copies after six printings). Buffett launched the book with appearances on NBC's Today and Charlie Rose, plus TV satellite and radio interviews.
