Lalicki to Head Morrow Junior

Barbara Lalicki has been named publisher of Morrow Junior Books, replacing David Reuther, who left in May.

Lalicki was most recently at the book division of the National Geographic Society, where she was director of children's publishing. She had earlier positions at Macmillan, where she was v-p and editorial director of its Books for Young Readers division, and Bradbury Press, where she was editorial director. Beginning in 1981, she had been a senior editor at Lothrop, Lee &Shepard Books, an imprint at Morrow.
