While Perri O'Shaughnessy's Obstruction of Justice slips below the mass market top 15, sales are still strong. Dell/Island's first printing of 660,000 is up to 715,00 copies. Dell worked with Delacorte for the publicity campaign for O'Shaughnessy's Breach of Promise, which was published last month. Both Pamela and Mary -- sisters who write under the pen name Perri -- went on an eight-city tour that began in Lake Tah , the setting for all of their books. Part of the publisher's marketing program is a $5 rebate offer on both books, good through Sept. 31, 1998.
