Golden Seeks OK To Sell Adult Unit

Golden Books has asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan to approve the sale of its adult publishing division to St. Martin's Press for $11 million. A hearing on the motion is set for March 15. The adult group has been on the block for several months. Its assets include 170 titles in the parenting, family and hobby markets.
