Hensley New Head Of CCH Inc.

Rebecca Karnes Hensley has been named president and CEO of CCH Inc., a leading provider of tax and business law information that is part of the Wolters Kluwer family in the U.S. Hugo Van haecke has been named COO, and Kevin Robert will be publisher of the CCH federal and state tax group, a position previously held by Hensley.

Hugh Yarrington, president of Wolters Kluwer U.S., said Hensley will succeed John Marozsan, who is retiring this June. Before joining CCH in 1994, Hensley had worked at the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington. At CCH she has also been publisher of the FAST group, the company's largest business unit, and of the Editorial Resource Center.

Van haecke is currently CFO of Wolters Kluwer Nederlands, and has worked for the company for 25 years.
