Gentel Joins DK

Gary Gentel has been named vice-president for trade sales at DK Publishing, effective immediately. Before moving to DK, Gentel was president of Candlewick Press; he had also served as publisher of the Putnam &Grosset Group. At DK, Gentel will oversee all aspects of the trade sales group and will report directly to DK president Danny Gurr.
