Levin to Receive Benjamin Award

MARTIN P. LEVIN has been chosen to receive this year's Curtis Benjamin Award for Creative Publishing, which will be presented April 30 at BEA. Levin, who began his publishing career in 1950 at Grosset &Dunlop, became head of the Times Mirror publishing group in 1966 and built the organization into a one of the country's largest publishers. After retiring from TM, Levin started a second career as an industry consultant, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
