Hoenigsberg to New Harcourt Post

Harcourt General has appointed Peter Hoenigsberg to the newly created position of president of the Worldwide Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) group of Harcourt Inc. Hoenigsberg, who had been president and CEO of the International and Media group of International Thomson Publishing, will start at Harcourt May 3.
