New Canadian Reporter for `PW'

Leah Eichler has been named Canadian correspondent for Publishers Weekly, replacing Beverley Slopen, who has resigned to devote her full time to her literary agency.Eichler, who is also the Toronto-based arts and books correspondent for Reuters's online information services in the city, will begin her PW duties at the beginning of May.
