A memorial service for Beverly Lewis, former vice-president and senior editor at Bantam, has been scheduled for Monday, June 14, 1999, at 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Fifth Avenue at 12th Street, in New York City.Bantam is setting up a fund for the education of Lewis's children.
