New Chapters Appointments

Harry Yanowitz has been promoted to president of Chapters Inc., and Larry Stevenson has been named chairman and CEO of Chapters Internet. Yanowitz will continue to serve as chief operating officer of Chapters, and Stevenson will remain CEO.The company announced two other new appointments at Chapters Internet: Heather Nicol has been named chief financial officer, and David Hainline has been appointed executive v-p of marketing and purchasing of the online retailer. The appointments at Chapters Internet will help position the company for an expected IPO.
