Dorling Kindersley has appointed Shelley Behar, formerly of Bozell Worldwide, to the newly created position of vice president of U.S. marketing. Behar, who will report to DK president Danny Gurr, will concentrate on bringing all DK operations together under one brand umbrella for the U.S. The overall branding will involve DKFL, the direct selling arm of DK; trade marketing, promotion and advertising; and DK Interactive and online efforts. In addition to concentrating on the U.S .brand efforts, Behar will work to help coordinate worldwide marketing efforts.
