After 15 years of going it alone, Sasquatch Books in Seattle, a regional book publisher with titles on the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and California, has signed with PGW. "It's something we regard as strategically advantageous," said publisher Chad Haight. "We have West Coast distribution now. About a third of our list could take advantage of the wider distribution that PGW offers." Haight plans to continue publishing in outdoors, nature, food, wine and travel. However, where he does see changes, he said, is that "we're going to be focusing on some new markets."
