Conservative publisher Regnery lands a second book (after Bias, which has been on our list for 12 weeks) in the top 10: Kenneth R. Timmerman's Shakedown: Exposing the Real Jesse Jackson. Timmerman, an investigative reporter with a national byline, has nearly 200 radio interviews scheduled and has already appeared on several national TV shows, including The O'Reilly Factor and CNN's Crossfire. The publisher launched the book with a first printing of 150,000, its highest ever. Even so, the book has gone back to press, bringing the total to 200,000.
