Reverand to Join St. Martin's Press

Diane Reverand, most recently a HarperCollins senior v-p and publisher of the Cliff Street Books imprint, will become executive editor of St. Martin's adult trade division beginning April 8.
"To be able to have an editor of her caliber, experience and knock-out track record...is especially meaningful now, as we're in an aggressive acquisition mood, particularly for big fiction and nonfiction," said SMP publisher Sally Richardson.
At HC, Reverand's list included six bestsellers by Dr. Laura Schlessinger, plus Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood by Rebecca Wells, and, Real Age by Dr. Michael Rozen.
