Gary Gentel Joins Scholastic

Gary Gentel has joined Scholastic as v-p, director of sales for the trade division, where he will head the publisher's trade and special markets sales. Gentel most recently had been v-p of trade sales for Dorling Kindersley and before that was president of Candlewick Press. He will report to Michael Jacobs, senior v-p of trade.
