Quinnell Named RIF Chairman

Former Borders Group vice-chairman Bruce Quinnell was elected as chairman of the board of directors of Reading Is Fundamental, the nation's largest literacy advocacy organization. Quinnell left Borders in January of this year and has been working as consultant. He first joined RIF's national advisory council in 1997 and was appointed advisory council chairman in 1999.
