Borders Names Pacific Rim Exec

Borders Group Inc. named John Campradt to the position of managing director, Borders Pacific Rim, covering Borders stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Like Borders Group president and CEO Greg Josefowicz, Campradt comes from the supermarket industry, where he worked for 27 years for a variety of Australian supermarket chains and gained extensive experience with category management—the inventory and stock system being instituted throughout Borders stores in the U.S. Campradt will be based in the Borders offices in Melbourne, Australia.
