Superstore Comps Up 1% at B&N

Barnes & Noble reported that comparable-store sales at its superstores rose 1% in August, while same-store sales at Dalton fell 5.8%. New titles on the bestsellers list in August included Red Rabbit, Standing in the Rainbow, The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara #3, Let's Roll and The Perricone Prescription.
