Guy A. Marchesi

Guy A. Marchesi, CEO and publisher of the newly restructured Rainbow Books Limited and its non–book-related toy line, Simply Toys, died on August 29 after a brief illness. He was 51. Until a replacement is found, Ryan Conti, v-p of acquisitions and product development director, will serve as acting CEO.
