O'Malley to Join HM Kids

Judy O'Malley will be joining Houghton Mifflin children's books as editorial director, a newly created position. She was previously an editor for Cricket Books, and before that was editor of Book Links magazine. O'Malley starts on March 3 and will report to v-p and publisher Andrea Pinkney, who joined Houghton last year following the retirement of Anita Silvey.
