Holtzbrinck to Sell FSG List

Beginning May 1, the Holtzbrinck publishers sales group will take over sales of the Farrar, Straus & Giroux list. Despite its acquisition by Holtzbrinck in 1994, FSG had continued to use its own group of commissioned sales reps to sell its titles to independent booksellers and other regional accounts. The change in sales will not affect the national accounts that have been served by FSG's in-house sales staff.
