Oops, Again

Add another top seller to our annual 2002 paperback feature (Mar. 24). A Child Called "It": One Child's Courage to Survive by David H. Pelzer sold 696,555 books in 2002 and was on PW's trade paper charts for 15 weeks. Health Communications (HCI) reports sales of more than 3,181,500 of the September 1995 title. Another Pelzer book, The Lost Boy: A Foster Child's Search for the Love of a Family, sold about 507,000 copies in 2002. Total sales for that August 1997 title are about 2,176,000.
