A Book to Bash Bush

Two authors with strong liberal credentials are getting together to write a book that will take a highly critical look at President Bush and his administration. They are Eric Alterman, Nation columnist whose What Liberal Media? is a current bestseller for Basic, and former N.Y.C. Commissioner of Consumer Affairs and mayoral candidate Mark Green. Viking's Rick Kot signed the pair for a book called The Book on Bush: Truth and Consequences for Our 43rd President, and in it they will examine everything from the peculiar Florida election result to his economic policies and the war in Iraq, and the ways in which, the authors claim, he has polarized the country as never before. Kot signed the book from Tina Bennett at Janklow & Nesbit and will publish next January.
