Atkinson Is New 'PW' Canadian Correspondent

Nathalie Atkinson has been named Canadian correspondent for Publishers Weekly, replacing Leah Eichler. Atkinson began her PW duties earlier this spring, writing for the special supplement on Canadian publishing in the May 12 issue, and her first major assignment will be coverage of BookExpo Canada in June.
Fluent in French and active in the alternative comics community, Atkinson is also an arts and entertainment journalist who writes for Toronto Life magazine and regularly contributes to publications like the National Post.
