Levin to Join van Tulleken Co.

Martin Levin, longtime publishing deal maker, will join The van Tulleken Company August 1 as part of the firm's senior management team. The one-time head of the Times Mirror Book Group, Levin has handled dozens of publishing mergers and acquisitions in cooperation with the law firm of Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman. Tulleken founder Kit van Tulleken said she and Levin "had always talked about working together and we both felt the time was right. With his wide-ranging contacts, Martin will make a welcome addition to our team."

With offices in London and New York, The van Tulleken Co. specializes in cross-Atlantic deals, helping its American clients expand into Europe and vice versa. Most recently, the company advised the Dolan Media Company on the sale of its public records division to Lexis Nexis.
