Ross Moves To Britannica

With the encyclopedia market continuing its long battle against diminished sales, one of the main combatants has fired a shot by luring over a competitor. Encyclopaedia Britannica has hired Michael Ross, publisher of World Book Encyclopedia, to become its director of product development. At EB, Ross will be heading up the creation of a new line of reference and education products, with a number of these oriented toward children.
