Greg Iles successfully mixes science and religion in his latest bestselling thriller, The Footprints of God, his ninth book. PW wrote, "Readers interested in the exploration of religious themes without the usual New Age blather or window-dressed dogma will snap up this novel of cutting-edge science." Scribner has already done three printings, for a total of 111,500 copies. Iles has done a radio satellite tour, local signings and media appearances in Mississippi (his home state), and The Today Show. The author plays guitar for the Rock-Bottom Remainders (the band that includes Stephen King, Scott Turow and Amy Tan), which will be heading out on a Midwest bus tour this fall.
