Kramer Exits Audible

Robert Kramer resigned September 17 as president of Audible Inc. A company spokesperson said there are no plans to replace Kramer, who had been promoted to president in July 2001. He joined Audible in 2000 as chief technology officer, and those responsibilities will be spread out among different employees. Audible chairman and CEO Don Kaplan will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
