New CFO at Scholastic Corp.

Scholastic has made a change in its management team, appointing Mary Winston executive v-p and chief financial officer. Winston succeeds Kevin McEnery, who has resigned after serving as CFO since 1995. Before joining Scholastic, Winston was v-p and controller of Visteon Corp., a global automotive supplier.
