ProQuest Buys Copley Publishing

ProQuest Information and Learning has strengthened its presence in the customized textbook market with the acquisition of Copley Publishing Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Copley's resources will become part of ProQuest's XanEdu operation, an online database resource.
