Grosset & Dunlap will create storybooks and other formats tied to LevyMann Entertainment's Itty Bitty Heartbeats, which debuted as a direct-to-video line at Toys R Us in October.... Signatures Network will develop a tween-targeted licensing program tied to Madonna's The English Roses, published by Penguin/Callaway Editions.... Bendon will release a line of story, board, coloring/activity, pop-up and educational books based on the Brainy Baby video series.... Kappa Books will create coloring and activity books for Little Signz, a Playhut Entertainment toy and animation property.... Rose Art will produce coloring books featuring images by marine artist Christian Riese Lassen.... Warner Bros. Gumshoe Girls, a division of 2 Girls Working, is creating a line of loungewear, sleepwear and handbags tied to Simon & Schuster's Nancy Drew franchise.... New licensees for Candlewick's Guess How Much I Love You? include Casa D'Oro for gold charms, Wink for wooden room décor and toys and York for wallpapers and borders.... Winning Moves will produce a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory board game under license from Bliss House.... Big Tent Entertainment signed two deals for Miffy and Friends: Sony Wonder for video/DVDs and music, and Colorbök for plush toys.
