Augsburg Buys Titles from Innisfree

Augsburg Fortress Publishers has completed the acquisition of 18 titles from Innisfree Press. Marcia Broucek, owner of Innisfree, said she decided to seek a buyer for her company because she "could no longer go it alone."
The Innisfree titles will be published as Augsburg Books, and Broucek will serve as a consulting editor. An Augsburg spokesperson said the company also hopes to work on other projects with Innisfree authors, who include Ted Loder, Lyn Brakeman and Holly Whitcomb. Augsburg has assumed distribution of the Innisfree line, although returns can be sent to Consortium through July 31.
