Horgan Moves to Crown

Rick Horgan, most recently v-p, executive editor, at Warner Books, is moving to Crown and has been named v-p, executive editor, effective July 19. A spokesperson for Crown said Horgan will be responsible for acquiring "major" nonfiction books across the categories of business, politics, current affairs, popular culture, humor, and contemporary and historical narratives. Horgan has worked with such authors as David Baldacci, Maria Shriver, Dale Brown, Peter Maas and Jeffrey Archer.
