BL Publishing Debuts Graphic Novel Line

BL Publishing, the publishing arm of Games Workshop, the U.K.–based game and comics publisher, is launching a line of pocket-sized graphic novels that will debut in the U.S. in November. The new books will be black and white, about 200 pages and priced at $9.99. The books will be based on the science fiction and fantasy worlds created by Games Workshop . BL Publishing will release four to six books a year.

The first title will be Titan: God-Machineby Dan Abnett, an acclaimed comics creator who has done work on Legion and X-Men. Other titles include The Call of Chaos in January 2005, The Complete Tales from the Ten-Tailed Cat and Bloodquest: The Eye of Terrortrilogy in March 2005 and Darkblade: Reign of Blood in May 2005.
