Aronson Links Up with Candlewick

Candlewick Press has announced an editorial arrangement with Marc Aronson that will see him acquire young-adult novels for the house. His first title, a novel about a Jewish girl coming of age in modern-day Berlin, will be published in fall 2005. Aronson will also edit books by Newbery Medalist Paul Fleischman, among other authors. Aronson was previously executive editor at Henry Holt Books for Young Readers and, until earlier this year, directed the book imprints at Carus Publishing.
