Give Disney a Hand

The nomination period for the 2005 DisneyHand Teacher Awards has begun and runs through October 15. The award is given to a k–12 teacher who has made a significant impact on students and learning. Nominations can be submitted by current and former students, parents, administrators, colleagues and members of the community.
DisneyHand is sending nomination forms to every school in the nation along with a book, Disney Looking at Paintings—An Introduction to Fine Art for Young People by Erika Langmuir and Ruth Thompson (Bunker Hill). Nominations can also be submitted by calling (877) 282-8322 or by logging on to www.disneyhand.com.
