Timothy Meyer

Timothy Meyer, a copy editor for Penguin Group USA since 1987, died suddenly October 2. He was 59. During his tenure at Penguin, Meyer worked on books by Ken Follett, Daniel Silva, T.D. Jakes, Nevada Barr, Jack Higgins, Tammy Faye Messner, Matthew Fox and others. Before joining Penguin, Meyer was an assistant coordinator at the Museum of Modern Art's film department and did editing for the United Methodist Church. He left there to enter the Benedictine Monastery in Montreal. Anyone wishing to make a donation in his memory may contact God's Love We Deliver (godslovewedeliver.org) and GMHC (gmhc.org).
